For years, I have been up and down with my fitness and injuries. So now that I am in my 40's and getting back into the fitness world, I wanted to write about my experiences in the past, and now. Everything from work outs, schedules, diets, supplements, sleep, Everything. Hopefully some of my experiences, and advice will help some one else who is struggling.
